Mechanical Engineering

Identify, evaluate, and select solutions to solve specific mechanical problems.  Work with client  team to collaboratively create production system improvements by planning, performing, and analyzing mechanical tests.  Also participate in test runs and field installations to ensure compliance to process and product specifications and make improvement suggestions.

Process Engineering

Create plans, set specifications, develop, implement and monitor production equipment and processes to improve overall reliability during all stages of a continuous manufacturing process.  Involved in the modification and optimization of equipment and processes that are already in place.  Also lead or support vendor acceptance testing and production equipment start-up to ensure compliance to process and product specifications.

Value Engineering

Value engineering is a structured technique commonly used to optimize the overall value of a project. Creative strategies are employed to achieve the lowest life cycle cost available for the project. All costs associated with the project during the conceptual and definition phases must be considered for cost-saving alternatives to be employed at any given phase of the project. Value engineering includes taking an in-depth look at equipment, facilities, services, systems, and materials used in the project. The intent is to improve cost effectiveness while not negatively affecting the quality, reliability, or performance of the project scope.
