Project Management
Our experienced project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed safely, with adherence to quality, on schedule and within budget. Their experience includes managing a variety of projects including plant modifications, expansions and green field sites. They plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way while leading the overall effort.
Project Controls
Our experienced project engineers support the management of project budget and cost control functions including budgeting, scheduling, change management, estimating, tracking progress, forecasting, and earned value management.
Construction Management
Our experienced construction managers oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion and provide in-depth knowledge to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Construction management leadership ensures:
- Input is provided during project definition and design regards construction methods, schedule and cost. Constructability is completed prior to start of construction.
- All construction activities are managed, and systems are in place for safety, quality control, schedule & budget tracking/reporting, and change management systems.
- A communication plan is in place to include daily construction & safety meetings, weekly construction status reports, and routine reporting parameters for various project metrics.
Construction Safety
Our experienced construction safety managers develop and execute health and safety plans at the construction site according to legal guidelines. They prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of safety by evaluating practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law.
Scheduling
Responsible for creating, updating and coordinating project schedules. Works closely with team leaders to build, evaluate and optimize project schedules and participates in a cross-functional team environment in development and oversight of project schedules. Ensures that all projects are being scheduled and forecast using a consistent methodology and regularly reviews critical path, cost loading, schedule content, use of relationships and lag, pull planning, concerto concepts, constraints and milestones.
Contract Management
Ensure consistent management of all proposals and contracts. This generally includes oversight of the contract management process, as well as development of specific standards for bidding and submission, contract negotiations and document management.
Vendor/VAT Management
Responsible for building and managing relationships with companies that supply products and services to the client organization. Ensure that vendors meet or exceed their contractual obligations by delivering quality products and services on time to design specifications. Manages the vendor acceptance testing of client equipment to confirm all acceptance criteria are completed successfully.

Cost Engineering
Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded. Also provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting and monitoring of milestone progress.
